Disband vs Raze ?

We all know that the AI doesn't appreciate us razing cities.

Does it have the same effect when they are conquered and then disbanded afterwards ?

If you mean does the AI suffer a rep hit if it razes, then yes. Also, if you are playing and the AI razes your cities, it makes you want vengeance (or is it just me?!) and in effect it suffers a 'human' rep hit because it makes you want to whoop them.

No sorry. What I mean is whether or not it we will suffer rep damage with the AI if we disband their cities instead of razing them ?

if you strave them to one and then disband or build a worker there is no rep hit.

Sorry for asking again but I need to be sure. What if I abandon a ie. size 5 city ? Will all no one care, will only the affected nation care or will all go mad ?

If there are the same number or more of their nationals than yours you will suffer the same rep hit as razing it.

And just to confuse everything further, the "rep" hit people are talking about here does not exist!!!!

You get an attitude hit for this action, it has nothing to do with your reputation.

My advice, make them all tax collectors, so they starve. Then join 2 workers and disband, no atitude hit.
