Disc 2/Play???

Hey guys,
First off, I can't get the game to work, Video Card problem me thinks, but this isn't about that, just 4 general questions. (I loaded it up on my gfs computer, still doesn't work although it should)

1)Why is it that the second disk says "Disc 2/Play", but the first disk is the one it asks for to play the game?

2)Is it just me or is there no uninstall option in the Start menu for the game?

3)When you click on custom install... is it just me again or can you not actually do a custom install?

Just wanted to make sure my eyes are working right.

EDIT: Sorry, not really Tech questions, I just happened to be in the forum.

1) It's a known issue: wrong labelling I think they explained it was!
2) Correct, but you have it in the Windows Add/Remove programs feature.
3) "Custom" means "you can select the installation directory". That's all!
