DLL - Various Mod Components 34/43 Civs Help

I recently downloaded the DLL Civ 5 mod 34 civilizations edition and apparently you can change that to 43 civs I'm looking for guidance on how to do this if someone can help me thanks.

From the mod description

This is my "DLL - Various Mod Components" compiled with support for 34, 43 and 62 major civs (you'll need to manually copy the 43/62 civ DLL over the 34 civ DLL)

The .dll files are in the DLL sub-directory of the installed mod - typically C:\Users\{username}\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\DLL - Various Mod Components - 34 Civs (v 87)\DLL
