Do identical health sources stack?

For example, if I have multiple cow pastures or multiple fish tiles in my cultural borders, would I only get health from each UNIQUE food source? E.g. If I have two cow pastures, would I get +2 health from them, or would I only get +1 because they're both the same health source?

They don't stack.

2 cows? You get 1 health
1 cow and 1 fish? You get 2 health
2 cows and 1 fish? You get 2 health (1 from each)
2 cows and 2 fish? You get 2 health (1 from each)
So on and so forth
