I dont know..giving them a health benefit would /could help them grow their cities and I dont know how much it will help us in getting them to like us or go to war with the Mongolia.Now if we could get something for it, even small it might make it a little more agreeable.

The concept of favorite nation while good for the rollplaying aspect isnt a good game concept. We voted them most favored nation and then they demanded tech. Also just how long should they be our most favored nation..its a new term and at least 5 or 6 TC have passed. I know I didnt vote for them then and I surely would vote for them as a rogue after they demanded tech...let them look at our wheat and starve.

We should give wheat to the Russian cities to help them grow.

After the Mongolians are wiped out, I'm sure our SoW could spare some axemen to spread our wheat to the Russian cities.
