Do you think their might be a Civ4? I think thier might be one, because of he popularity of Civ3.

I certainly hope so! I'm already worried about how much $ computer upgrades are going to cost me. Or, how much I've got to spend on a new computer to play civ4. ;)

Civ 3 has sold over 1 million copies world wide. There will be a sequal (read: Civ 4).

As an aside, what would be 5 things that *I* would want from it that aren't currently included in Civ 3; well, here goes....

1) Completely configurable tech tree and starting ages/times/dates. The turn length should be changeable.

2) A concept of national borders that is *INVIOLABLE* without causing war.

3) Ability to create scenarios (starting location, civ, cities, units, etc).

4) Ability to allow user created AI scripting

5) Civlopedia accessable from every screen in the game.

Oh, there are other desires and wishes, but this will do me for a start.

6) Drop in MP3 support.

i liked the MP3 support, good job
BY the times it is released the mimimal requirements for the game will be:
pentium IV 2 ghz
512 mb of RAM for the AIs

Imagine how capaple will the AI be, finally

There will be a Civ 4 only after Firaxis squeezes every penny out of their screwed up - though cleverly marketed - Civ 3.

Civ 4? If Firaxis does it I won't even look at it.

Around Christmas time in the year 2005, goes to software aisle in store electronics section. Sees newly polished Civ4 boxes, sitting next to old Civ3 boxes, shakes head in disgust. :o

Not that I hate Civ3, I think it shouldn't have been rushed so it could of been marketed for the holidays. Firaxis, next time actually finish making the game before releasing it. :smoke:
