DoC 1.18.0 released

- Are there any civs that would make a good 'tutorial' to DOC, as an easy way to get to know some of the new units/buildings/wonders or game mechanics?
- Besides Polynesia and Harappa, what other civs are 'puzzle civs' in DOC? I'm thinking of including one to show how each civ can be a completely different gaming experience.
- What are the most powerful/versatile civs in DOC, the ones where it's easy to get a tech/military/score lead with a huge empire that dominates your neighbors? (I expect Greece & Rome & China, but are there others that I might overlook?)

And finally
- What are the most fun civs to play in DOC?
1) Probably the Dutch. Awesome modifiers (the best in the game i think), one city start and expanding with little opposition, rather easy UHV.
2) Polynesia and Harappa, yeah. Also Toltecs and Maya; Mali and some SEA civs, to lesser decree. Pretty much every isolated civ is a puzzle one, Polynesia and Harappa are unique because they also face no barbarians -> uniquely low pressure.
3) Pretty much any European civ (save for clear underdogs like the Celts). Russia and America take some time to get online but can absolutely dominate the world. Prussia is amazing if you are a fan of Prussian Militarism (Germany itself is so-so in terms of power, you have to expand and wage wars to truly unlock its potential)

*) It's obviously very subjective. It was wildly fun to play murderhobo Assyria in early 1.18, but it was also fun to play rich and (mostly) peaceful civs like Burma. Probably sense of agency (-> lack of RNG) and growth is what makes civ interesting, but let us not drift to pure kitchen philosophy/psychology.

Could you tell us more about your class?
