Preparing the v1.18 Release

I haven't had time to play the MOD in the last few months, but I'm happy that version 1.18 is close to being released. That's great news.

Something I'd like to discuss is the upgrades based on WLTKD (or Golden Age, I don't remember exactly) for BrazilCIV and SwedenCIV.

I think the BrazilCIV upgrade for WLTKD guarantees wasn't working; has it been fixed? If not, would it be possible to bring back the old UP that counted sugar as oil for corporations (just to have a functional UP for the CIV when a new version is released)?

If the new BrazilCIV UP has been implemented, what benefits does WLTKD provide to the CIV/city?

And besides BrazilCIV, are there any other CIVs where the upgrade doesn't work? (If I'm not mistaken, that was the only one missing). The one from SwedenCIV, which is based on WLTKD, I think it worked.

Nobody has ever reported an issue with it before. Do you have a save that shows that it does not work?
