Have the OCC strategy guide for SMAC? I had it a while back, and wasn't able to find it anywhere on the web.

Also...do any of you have trouble with SMAC locking up and "stuttering"? This seems to happen to me randomly and a lot. Any info on how to fix it would be appreciated because I LOVE this game.

I'm a CivIII hater. Got all hyped up for it, bought it on the first day and have YET to complete a game because it takes FOREVER.

That'll do. I played what I **thought** was an OCC with the UoP. I made transcendence on Thinker with low cloud density, low erosion and high native. Energy parks, man. Energy parks. At one point, my one city was raking in almost 225 energy/turn and one tech/ turn.

The AI tried to nuke me but I had orbital defenses in place. Unreal. I'm now trying it on Transcend.
