Does Bhruic's patch work playing Warlord without BTS?

I have BTS but lost my disk 1 so just going to play From Warlords.

I patched Civ4 and warlord and wanted to know if I can patch with Bhruic's patch without having the BTS in play?


PS: Sorry for the incorrect title. Was suppose to say " Play WITHOUT BTS" not With BTS.

No it does not. It requires BtS patched to 3.13.
