Does Civ3 Conquest include PTW?

Hi all, if I buy Civ3 Conquest over the internet, is Civ3 Play The World then included???

I'm asking because i saw Civ3 Conquest in a store today, and on the backside of the game, it said that PTW was included!!!

Maybe it's different in my country... I don't know, but i want to find the best offer.

Mostly it is. There are a few things missing (scenarios, mods, units), but those things are available for download at the Civ3 website.
