as the title says, does high percentage of votes in diplmatic win will get you higher score?
what if u get the whole world to vote for u? more score?

I've given a summary of the scoring calculation here

The only things that influence base score are difficulty, plus population, territory, wonders/culture, and techs, measured at the point of victory. A victory bonus is added, based on the number of turns you took to win. There are no factors relating to the kind of victory you achieved or your progress relative to the other civs in the game.

i think % of votes should be calculated towards the winning bonus score, maybe we can work out the jason version for civ4, with % being a scoring factor

anyone agree?

Sorry, I disagree with that. There are two ways to get a higher % of votes. One way is to get everyone except your opponent to vote for you. The problem with that is that in almost every game there are AI's that are enemies with each other and you just can't please them all. But once in a while you can please them all, but it's only because the AI's get along with each other. I think that is a luck based thing and not something the player has any control over. The other way to get a high % of votes is to cripple all the other AI's and make it so you control like 80% of the votes by yourself. But if you do that then you already get a huge score bonus for having such high territory/population, so I don't think an additional score bonus is necessary.
