Does ITERU work?

I'm playing as Cleopatra, and wanted to build the pyramid (duh) on a floodplain next to a river. Iteru offers you 15% bonus, but there is no way to accurately see this in the city information tab. The bonus doesn't seem to apply, unless I'm missing something. All I see is a +1 Production bonus from a civic that gives +1 production to every city.

But you can see how much production per round you have in that city and how many hammers the pyramids need. So you can calculate if the 15% are working or not.

I guess you could check it by first trying to build it on the river, then reload the save and build it away from the river and compare the two turn times.
Since it is location-dependent, I am not surprised that the bonus isn't reflected in the city data.

It doesn't show the discount until AFTER you start building by the river. But I definitely got the discount.

Ah ok... the game doesn't display tooltip modifier (i.e., +15% for Iteru), but the discount is automatically taken. For instance, Hanging Gardens was like 42 Production, but when I built it by a river, it switched to 36 production.
