Does someone mind helping me with a civ icon?

I do have it already created, I just don't have the advantage of mod buddy and I kind of need some help with it. I posted it and my mod down below.

I dont use modbuddy at all. It disgusts me. I use notepad++. Download my city-states pack here https://forums.civfanatics.com/resources/south-american-city-states.26029/ and check out how I import the SACSAlphaAtlas256.dds and use the UpdateIcons tags for SACS_Icons.xml. Its that easy.
