Dojo does not give exp per turn

I downloaded the latest version onto my lap top, rolled up Japan, and near as I can tell, am not getting exp. per turn in cities with dojos.

Was your unit garrisoned inside the city with the Dojo? I tested it and it seems to work fine.

The unit was definitely garrisoned in the city.

Also, in a game as Assyria, I noticed the seige towers have 300 ranged strength against cities.

But since they're melee units, this sort of reduces them to go carts.

The high ranged strength against cities probably serves to make them almost immune to city ranged attack though, right? So you have to use units to defend against them.

Try increasing ExperiencePerTurn to 100 in CEG\Leaders\CEL__J_Z.xml and test it again.

They were dying in one turn vs. Egyptian cities with no pantheon and the unique chariot archer unit.
