Domestic T3 P3- Splitting up our Provinces

This is a poll to decide on what our new province boundaries will be. One suggestion was put forth and a variation on it, so both will be options. Poll will be open for 72 hours. Plan 1/Plan 2/neither/abstain are the choices. Plan 1 is zyxy's plan with the solid lines and Plan 2 is basically the same plan, just with Furiey's changes made to it. Please vote.

after seeing only 10 people voted and since the winning plan isn't exactly too specific, i think i'll let our new Domestic Consul work this out.
