double post?

Im new here, and i know this question is kinda stupid, but what is a double post exactly?

Is it when you post twice in a row? Post something you or someone else has already stated?

I dunno, please tell me.

When you double clik too quickly on the reply button, then it creates a double post. but normally you can't since a 30s system prevents you from DP

Its when you post the same post twice in a row.
ie.
1 Post"How are you?" - normal post
----------------------------------------------------
1 Post"How are you?"
1 Post following that "How are you?" - double post
