Sometimes all my culture from buildings get doubled for no reason whatsoever within the game. Is this a bug or is there a reason i haven't seen? No it is not cause of free speech. If i have free speech. I have seen this double all culture from buildings before not just what i get from Stonehenge as here. Anyone have any explanation for this or is it just a bug?

I heard from somewhere that if a culture building lasts for 1000 years in the game the culture for that building doubles... that's why in the cultural victory articles the authors tell you to beeline to drama and build Theaters quickly for 6 culture points.

If a building that generates culture stands for 1000 years, its culture output doubles. It's about the only impact the in game "year", rather than the turn number, has on gameplay.

Wow, I have noticed the same thing and never realized there was a reason.
