Download help?

I have no idea where to post this, so I'm just putting it here. I'm not sure how to download the mod. I followed the link to here and downloaded a "Caveman2Cosmos v25 - August 02 2012" WinRAR archive, but upon trying to extract the files I get the message
"! C:\Users\Ch\Downloads\Caveman2Cosmos v25 - August 02 2012.7z: Cannot open C:\Users\Ch\Downloads\Caveman2Cosmos v25 - August 02 2012.7z."
Any idea what's going wrong?

No idea yet. I am downloading it now to see if I can figure out wha is wrong. However it will take a couple of hours to down load.

Are you logged in as Admin? I'd say you're not.

Do you have Administrative rights to the computer you are using?

Are you sharing a computer or do you own it?

Also a note to Delta413 (and anyone else it may pertain to): DO NOT download Desura. The version of C2C that it installs is a very old one, and it does it in a bad way.
