downloaded file wont work plz help!

Recently (actually like a couple of months ago) i downloaded Quintillus' game file Earth31players.biq but when i load it i get a blank screen with an "o" and an "x" if i click the "o" then the game is different and there is corruption and waste. (the file had corruption and waste deleted) if i click the "x" then the screen goes away and im back at the main menu and it doesnt load. what should i do?

I've reuploaded the file along with version 1.01 updates (lost after the haxxor attacks of March 2). Hopefully that will fix the problem. Also note that I created this with the 1.22 patch installed, so it may not work correctly with C3C 1.00.

ok but i have civ3 vanilla but i may get C3C for my b-day in 2 weeks.
