If I still can vote so late in the votation like that, I would vote Victory and Ghandi. I dont like aggresive leaders(prefer financial above it) and Gandhi UU and Philosophical ROCKs.

Victoria 7-6 Shaka
Britain, Britain, oh Britain beats its tiny vassal state like in history. But will the British be able to hold the rebellious Gandhi back? So this is the final round of Duel of the leaders - so use all of your might to support either Gandhi or Victoria for victory!
The finals:

It is time, the time to declare a winner and therefor the title: The best leader. But let's not forget that we are still competing for the 3rd place so the African Mansa Musa and Shaka will face off in the battle for the bronze

Victoria vs. Gandhi
I have the feeling Gandhi is going to win. I've always lended my votes to Vicky and all times but once have I given Gandhi my point. But so late in the game it's hard to make up between the two greatest leaders. But surely, Victoria looks better on paper. She is good to play with and Gandhi is very descent himself. But when I come to think about who I like playing more I'm going to have to say the British queen, Victoria must be the winner of the duel of leaders.
Mansa Musa vs. Shaka
This is not difficult. I'd have wanted to see Mansa in the game for the gold but bronze will do him fine. There is no question the Malinese money making monster Mansa Musa is winning the bronze, at least in my books!

Well, since Gandhi de facto bested English Imperialism, I guess I will reluctantly go and vote for him.
Amazing how just like in real life politics, the lessors rise to the top. I don't feel either of these two are even close to top tier.

Trait: Fin and Imp beats Ind and Spi anyday of the week this round goes to Vicky
UU: winner of favorite UU the Redcoat and 2nd place Fast worker, this one goes to Gandhi because while the redcoat is good while it lasts, the fast worker is good forever
UB:Maussoleum vs. Stock exchange,less WW or more money hmmm, the Stock exchange wins because it complements the Fin trait so well. this round goes to Vicky

Traits:Agg Exp and Fin Spi. This round goes to Mansa Musa becuse Shaka trait are kinda contradicting one of them says build the other says attack, and Mansa has Financial
UU:Impi against the Skimisher. This one must go to Shaka becuase i frankly never use archers
UB:Mint vs. Ihkanda. This one was a toughy, they both compliment there traits, and the both are like 2 building made into one (Barracks + Courthouse = Ihkanda)(Forge + Bank = Mint) But im going with Shaka because this also compliments his UU

Much more fun for me to play. I love the Impi and can use them like no other UU and their synergy with the Ikhanda is unequaled.
Victoria vs Gandhi
First of all I have no idea how Victoria got this far. Good all around but nothing that jumps in your face and especially nothing that helps you early. If you get an early advantage it will help throughout the game and this can decide the game. A few fast settlers are not going to do, what philosophical can do for you, and spiritual is simply amazing. Both of Gandhis traits have to be worked a little bit, but the payoff can be huge.
His UU lasts forever and is a constant advantage (just like spiritual). Redcoats are a good unit but nothing amazing and they're lifetime is limited.
Now the english UB is a lot better than the Masoleum but again I can't weigh them enough to push the result in favor of Victoria.
Mansa Musa vs Shaka
Both good leaders and both come out of completely different corners. Mansa has again the always powerful spiritual trait and with financial you will always get what you pay for (pun intended).
Shaka has aggressive, which is a solid advantage over non agg. civs for a long time. Expansive with the boost is a very nice trait, but again the bonus to workers might not be that big. But on top he gets 2 health and 2 cheap buildings.
The UUs are both not that great. Skirmishers make you a tough nut to crack early on, but that's hardly gamebraking. Of course sometimes you can rush someone with Skirmishers, rarely though. The Impi has some uses. He gives you early security but can also be an annoyance for the opponent. Impis are better in my opinion if only for the fact, that they counter some of the best UUs in the game (Immortals, War Chariots) and can catch Keshiks.
I don't like Musas UB too much but at least it has nice a synergy with financial and his general playing style. Shakas UB lets you war more early on and also fits him nicely. But I think it's more powerful because you get it cheap with aggressive and later on, you can get an easy -70% maintenance. Something which other leaders simply can't.
Overall those two are very close to a tie in my book, but I have to give the nod to Shaka.

I have to go with Victoria here. I feel that she's a good all around leader with solid traits, UU and UB.
In the "loser's final" I'll go with Shaka of the Zulus.

God I must stop this game thing for a while. I'm starting to trust what I first see because I've counted so many times.. and that resulted me counting Gandhi winning Mansa Musa 8-5 (13 votes) and then I counted Victoria's votes only and she got 7 votes so I was pretty certain that Shaka would get 6 votes. (a total of 13 votes)
But do you know what, Thedrin. It was you who I was forgetting to count with all along because you were on page 5 So when I went to page 5 I discovered you voted for Gandhi and Shaka I realised it all! I'm terribly sorry to Shaka fans but I can't really back now with the finals
