Dumb AI gifted me Mining Inc City

I am currently playing a Prince Tectonics map and am at war with Mao. I managed to take his capital city and then made peace. In his offer Mao offered the city of Navajo. Not really caring I took the offer, and then checked the city. He had founded Mining Inc. there. I couldnt believe it. I was already annoyed that Mao had beat me too it and now I get it for free.
Mao is my new hero!!

You must have been giving him a really hard time on the battlefield for that to happen. Maybe because it wasn't an original Chinese city it made it less valuable to him? Even with Mining inc there.

Or the maintenance costs were too high with his now smaller empire. Or he was running civics that negated/adversly affected the effects of the corp.

Wish I knew how to post the save.
I think Maintenance was hurting him. He had made a colony with Haty and I immediately took her out, then had only taken one city from him which was his Capital with like 6 wonders . I guess he was pretty upset. Basically he had developed by himself on the South American portion of the tectonic, while I had to deal with friggin Monty and Mansa (how the hell does he always outtech me!). Still doing well, of course I am the Romans

click "add attatchments", then in the window, locate the save it SHOULD be in:

C:/program files/firaxis games/civ 4/bts

it will be in an assets folder under saves.
