I have started four new civs with 4 different new unit skins on them. I have not reached the point where I get to see them yet.
My question is do the New Skinned units replace the old ones? For example I downloaded a Dark Samuri Unit will that be the only Samuri Unit or will There still be the normal one?

Secondly if it does replace the old unit is there away to make it not so for example have all my downloaded units together on one game So they can be built only when the similiar unit is to be made but I can still make them both?
Eg I get Iron and am able to build Samuri's Is there a way I could make it so I can make both Dark and normal samuri so I can have a army of different colored them? or have a leader dark Samuri with his troops being normal?

Thirdly How do I make it so all of my new units are used in the same game. Do I just make a folder called All Units and place all the files in there together?
Thank-You for your help :D

Wow that's a lot of questions. Let me see if I can answer all of them.

1. It depends on how you downloaded it. If you just overwrote the art files then it will be the only one. If you just threw the folder into a mod, it probably won't appear at all. And yes, you can fix this.

2. Yes you can, but it will require some XML editing. It sounds bad, but after making a few units, it becomes very easy. Yes, it is possible. Everything is possible. Maybe.

3. Now you got to the tricky question; how? Well, I would advise reading all (yes all, there are only like 2-3) guides in the tuturial forum. The one by sovarn is particularily useful. Putting them all into one folder will not help at all and depending on where you got the files you may need to unpak the art utilities. If you do need to just ask and I'll help you find them.
