DVD Version- Can't find the CD Rom

Hi,

I have the DVD version of the game, but when I try and run it I am gettin the same Cannot Locate the CD Rom error. It's a DVD - I only have one disc. Can't find any solutions anywhere, and I'm desperate to play.

Any ideas?

Have you installed the game successfully? Have you run the game before? When you enter the dvd into the drive and locate the disk under my computer, can you see any content on the disk? Are other dvds working fine?

Installation went no problems.

I can click on the icon on my desktop, and see the start-up screen, but overlaying it is this error message. No problems with the DVD that I can see - can view it no probs. Will the updates help at all? Downloading the latest now.

Additionally I can't find "My games" directory nor .ini file

I installed game from this DVD today, but yesterday I have played it on a different PC.

Do your drive letters ever change for any reason, for example due to a USB drive? I had a problem with a printer that has several card readers built in where the drive letter of my CD/DVD-R/W drive kept changing depending on whether the printer was on or off once.

I DID ran this game on a PCthat gave a F:\ drive for memory stick (harddrives were up to H:\) - it worked fine
