DXT plugins

Hey everyone,

My computer died in the summer and I have been out of the Civ community for a few months as a result. I have a new machine and am trying to get all the programs that I had before. I need to get the DXT or .dds plugins for Photoshop 7 so that I can edit images, alpha channels, etc.

I seem to have some problems with the links and finding what exactly I had. Can someone please recommend where I get what I need?
