Early domination strategies.

Hi, after playing some online duels with friends i realized how strong a Rome legion rush can be. Typically by 55-60th turn i have 8-9 legions + general sieging enemy cities while i keep spamming more.
What i would like to know is which are the best civs for early domination victories in multiplayer since most tier lists are made with focus on Deity AI. Also please share good rush strategies for any civ.

Arabia in the Medieval era. Mamluk rush is possible if you build a bunch of early chariots, beeline Stirrups after getting your Encampment stables online and save up some gold.

I didn't mention Warcart or Scythia horseman rushes as those civs are almost always banned in MP

Scythia wouls probably be the best early rush, but as MaximusPlatyus said, it is probably banned. What you could do is use Germany's unige Industral district for quick normal units and rush them.
