Earth 18 balanced

Greetings my fellow civers.

With the new patch out earth18 is finally payable again, yay!

But it is just the old earth18 with with rome, england and persia still dominating all other civs around them. So all i did was made a few changes to slow the early rushes down and give civs like mali, arabia and mongols more of a chance to play.

Here is the link to get the balanced earth map, just put it in fixaris/civ4/warlords/public maps and it should work online and in single player

It's finally here! My updated version of my balanced earth map.

i gave mali some forrest to help with the health issue, gave mongols back the sheep i removed, move rome's iron back to hill but took away river, move france's horses so they can get em sooner, moved england stone and add a hill for mfg, and added one more sheep north of mongols, I also moved greece's coopper heopfully it will slow down their rush.
