Easy Question: Rally Point Set ?

Hey all,

I have read all the stickies and googled for hotkeys...but I can't find how to make continental rally points for Civ 3 Conq.

Anyone help?

I seem to remember doing this a long time ago...but I can't find anything on it.

It's in the city screen that you get by right-clicking on a city. Look in the 3rd section, below change production, hurry production, contact governor, set rally point, clear rally point and there it is.
