Editing save game files

Is there a way to edit save game file and change victory conditions? (basicly turn them off)

I'd actually also like to know that. To me the problem is that my game crashes because I have a bad mod installed, so I want to deinstall it in the savegame and load it again.

And I'm not going to start the game all over again....

You may have better luck in the creation and customization forum of beyond earth. The file is not editable in generic windows programs.
