editor help!

is thear any way to just start with a blank map in world builder??? is thear any map editor more like the one from civ 3???
i wana make my own senareo but have no idea what to do with this thing!? y cant it be easy to add units and things like in civ 3?!

Use MapView for editing, much better.

The Atlas tool from my signature can also generate blank maps for you.
