Editor Problem

I am attempting to use the civ conquest edit for the first time and am having trouble. It keeps giving me a script error when I attempt to do anything. It says access denied. I play the steam version. Any ideas? Thanks.

I'm with you; there's Stephs Editor and the other one.

As nearest I can tell the former is C++ based, and the latter is Java based.

The former requires the C++ re-distribubutable, and the latter requires JRE.
