Effect of favored and shunned governments

What effect(s) does being in a favored or shunned government have on the populace?

It has an effect on your opponents. Let us say that you are in monarchy and switch to republic. Civ A has monarchy as their favorite govt and republic as their shunned govt. Then they will change their attitude towards you.

Just a reminder that the effect of shunned/favorite governments is very slight. Most players don't even notice the difference in attitude.
