Efficiency

Pshht. Not easily tackled! Just give all Ai units wings! No more roads, nor forests, hills, deserts, mountains, ocean, lakes or bays to tak into account. Ai should aalso stop receiving defensive boni in order to reduce that and... The game runs ubeleivably fast! :p
