It's time for everyone to play the save. I abandoned Vladivostok. Played take and retake with Smolensk. There's a cav. army at large. Built Kildare, wait til you see where it is The war is over. Yes Virginia, I ended the MPP before ending the war. If I used all the fingers and toes correctly, we're doing 914 cpt. Culture is 86148. This took so long cause I kept going and ... I'll wait to share. Bon appetit.

Just hit the Vikings instead I think if you want the Domination win. No deal pending with them IIRC.

Scratch that, wait a few for the armies to heal then steal something from Maya. THat should trigger the war you want vipr.

There's an RoP with Ragnor that you can cancel at anytime. I think I failed to mention that I gave Ragnor coal, iron and assorted lux for silks. At this point, not much need to worry about rep hits.

To get the Culture win message: just press Space.
To get the Domination win: Capture Rostov (and/or St Petersburg).

(Either way, pressing Space lets you see some fun Naval action between Maya and Scandinavia - depending upon the order of your actions, the RNG will give different outcomes! First time I played it, it was 2-1 to Maya; second time, 2-0 to Maya.)

@vipr, wonders are needed for timely 20K city culture win, not really necessary for 100K
