For the past week or so, I've gotten this puzzling email a couple of times a day on one of my email accounts. There is no attachment; I do virus scans at least once a week (and have NEVER had a virus on this computer).

Any idea what's causing this and how to stop it? (it's just a nuisance so far, and it's an email account that's not my 'primary' one.)

There are several solutions.

1 - is it the one you use at CFC? You could have subscribed to a thread and getting mail from replies there.

2 - it could be spam.

Maybe you could copy the email to here, would be easier to say what it is. :)

Well there is nothing in the e mail. I get these every so often. Confuse me as there is no purpose to them.

It's not the one I use for CFC, and at the moment I don't have any copies of the message, since I delete it when I get it.

If I get another within the next couple of days, I'll copy it into this thread.

It might be spam, trying to get you to reply so that they can comfirm your email address...
