Embassy's and diplomacy

hey i've been playing for awhile and i still can't figure out how to establish embassies with other cities. only time im able to is when i get alphabet.

The capitol city of your civ, any civ, actually, has a star by the name. double click the star, and you get the opportunity to establish an embassy with any civ you have contact with.

After you have embassies, double click the star on that civ, and you can investigate cities or attempt to steal a tech. Notice the price tag on each attempt!

damn my game must be bugged or something cause i can't doubleclick there capitol. can u double click it while theres fog of war?

Yes, assuming you have made contact, and have established an embassy there. If the fog covers all but the capital, when you double click it to investigate a city, you will only be given the option of their capitol.. the only one you will have seen.

It's the star, true, but it must be the star of YOUR capitole.

yeah i finally figured it out, i gotta click my star. hehe thanx
