End game issue?

Has anyone else had it happen where you achieve Victory, but that game just goes on like nothing happened in regards to the game being complete? It's happened at least twice to me. Once as Carthage on a points victory. The other was my only win so far as Greece. It's not really a big deal, I just stopped playing, but there is something gratifying about seeing the final pop up. It never came. The "Victory" did appear in the upper corner, but otherwise, it was no different than a regular turn and it kept going. Oh well. Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this.

The event never triggers. The ! section is empty.

No, but the victory screen is so underwhelming I wouldnt care either way
