I read the article on Triangle Diplomacy and decide to try it out but now I'm in trouble.
I decide to ally with Hatsheput and Ashoka so now after conquering everyone else by 1992 AD there are only us three left. But Ashoka's now just a SS Statis Chamber away from space race victory and has a millitary lead to boot so what do I do?

I have 45% of the world's population and area so if I conquer Hatty I can win on domination perhaps but won't Ashoka win before that? I can't even bribe him to attack her because the "We can't betray our close friends" modifier comes.

Is there any way to win now?:(

If Asoka is only one component from space race victory it may well be too late to stop him. Does he have the necessary tech to build the stasis chamber? If so it is extremely probable it is already under construction. About the only chance you'd have would be to send spies in, locate where it's being built, and repeatedly sabotage it to buy you enough time to win by some other means. That's expensive though, and you may not have time to implement it.

Your other option would be to attack him and hope the AI is stupid enough to switch away from the last spaceship component to build troops, but that's a very long shot, especially if he's militarily stronger than you.

I wouldn't worry too much about triangle diplomacy at this stage of the game. It's not bad earlier on, but by this stage you should simply be looking to win, even if that involves stabbing the other members of the triangle in the back.

Spy sabotage to buy you time to conquer Hatty would seem about your only option.

I would use spies to wipe out Asoka's stasis chamber, and station my troops on the border. Then, I'd declare war and start capturing every city of his until my spies can rest. If that doesn't yield a domination victory, then I would go and get rid of Hatshepsut too.
