its the turn timer factor. i dont have enuff time to play my turn effectively. so i want to slow the game down. i want a some sort of pbem online hybrid

Well we don't yet have Piboss or PBEM, so online real time MP is all there is, not sure how you are going to prevent reflexes from effecting battles, that is simply a part of the online mechanics.
