I met the Ottomans and we all now have a complete view on the world. I got it for Code of Lwas, while our continent is in the Middle Ages. I will post a world map tonight.

Turn 150:

The world is at peace. Only Rome and Korea are at war (as long as I can remember in fact). I sell chivalry to ERIKK for 300 gold and 5 gpt, because he is such a good guy .

Greece is getting more powerful every turn. We are both neighbours from Greece.

The war vs the Romans ended in new land for me, the northeastern tip of the continent. I also destroyed the Celts. They were of no use and occupied nice land:

ERIKK managed to get level in technology very quickly indeed. We are now both equally advanced.

Turn 175:

After the sudden destruction of the Celts (in 1 turn) the world was shocked! The Greek and Carthaginian governments decided at that very moment that the Chinese expansion has to halted now and here.

It is said that the Cartaginans had an economic motive for quick punishent to the Chinese as the Celts were their trading partners for a sum of 12 gpt.

Rome, who had just signed peace after losing 5 cities to the evil Chinese, was glad to join the crusade for a large amount of cash.

Now, the triple entente will start an destructive offensive against the evil Chinese empire... the next turns might reshape our world forever. Analysts say that a part of the Chinese forces are still in the far-away nothern hemisphere. A swift attack in the southern region might be fruitfull!

Only Greece (and maybe Carthage) is to be feared. The rest is fighting their own war (Rome and Korea) or too weak.

Turn 182:

When China informed Carthage about the peace treaties with Rome and Greece, a big argument started. The two leaders made an agreement at the start of the war (call it a code of war). That agreement apparantly wasn't clear enough because both sides have different explanations.

Yeah, this is the 3rd time this happens to me in PBEM. Literally Aggie is right but in the context of the game my argument is sound (at least in my opinion). Maybe we should replay those 5 turns but AFAIK the same things will happen again. You will not be able to bribe Greece against me... But my suprise attack on your saltpeter city will not be a suprise again...

We will discuss it later and settle an agreement of course...

ERIKK and me had a discussion yesterday that triggered a lot of confusion and tension between China and Carthage. This was that key point of that discussion: I asked ERIKK if he would renew an MA when I was able to make peace with a CIV. ERIKK said no, but thought that I meant renewing the MA after turn 195. I meant as soon as I made peace.

ERIKK and me sat on the MSN-negotiation table for hours to get out of this mess. It was all in Dutch, so unfortunatelly not suited for this site.

It was a tough discussion. We came closer towards a resolution, but no deal was made yet.

The options are:

1. We allow MA's without limitation (ERIKK is in favour, but Aggie objects)
2. MA's are allowed again later in the game (turn 195)
3. We stop using MA's in the game vs the other human player.

The other discussion was about making peace or continue the war.

I'm in favour off either option 2 or option 3. The decision to make peace or not will not be a difficult one, whatever the outcome will be.

The outcome is:

ERIKK and Aggie will not get MA's vs the other human player anymore. This deal is made for the rest of this game.

ERIKK will continue the war vs Aggie.

War update:

Since we abandomned the MA in this game, peace is coming back in the world. Aggie and me are still at war.

In the war:
- I have lost 7 knights
- Aggie has lost 3 riders and more units to the Greeks
- The Greeks have lost lots of units to Aggie

- Aggie lost two towns and won 2 and build 1 more
- The Greeks lost a town but rebuild it
