Error 28 Font

this is the error message i get when trying to run Conquests. It comes up after opening the application and after the 'Sid Meiers ~ Civilisation ~ Conquests' logo comes up. The same message appears with patch v1.22full installed too.

Running Vista OS.

Civ III application works fine. Please help =)
