Steps to reproduce the bug:

1) Play a pbem game, player A english version, player B GERMAN version.
2) Player B fills in email details (huh, they are hard to find!!!)
3) After pressing the end turn button, the game is stored and emailed to
player A.
Instead of a correct german filename like i.e.
"TIMM_to_WARP2_v. Chr.-3440.Civ4SavedGame"
the name is cut after the first dot:
"TIMM_to_WARP2_v."

I guess, that the space character after the dot could be resonsible...
Of course player A has to rename the file before loading it in order to prevent an error message.

Interface problem: Pressing ALT+D leads to the settings of mailserver, email address etc. After descovering the bug above, I tried to clear out the mailserver and mailaddress lines in order to get the game no longer send an email, but create an ordinary savefile, which I can email manually. This seems impossible to do!
1) Press Alt-D and click on the line with the emailaddress (or mailserver)
2) Press backspace until the line is gone.
3) Close the window with "ENTER"
4) Press Alt-D again and see that the values are still there OR click end turn
and see that the file is mailed again (in my case with wrong name.)
The only thing I can do is to backspace the lines out, and fill in one space character (with the spacebar) to make the serverline faulty.
The emailing process will fail and that is recognised by the game, which kindly saves an ordinary file... finally ;)

BTW: I set a player password for me as well, and now it is impossible to disable it. (I can only reduce it to one space character. Same interface same problem?)

Kind regards
