Error launching mod

When I try to launch the game, I get an error message: Artinfo: City_billboards not found. The game then closes.
The game worked two days ago with no issues and I have not knowingly made any changes.

Any ideas?

Ran a fix installation and things are good to go.

It feels great to be playing this mod again! Thanks for all the hard work on it.
