That's not a full set of logs, you need to enable Python Exceptions in CivilizationIV.ini. The log i need in these cases is PythonErr.log. From the screenshot I think it's an error that I've fixed in my version though but I can't be sure. I appreciate the report nonetheless

So how to enable that, it just keep displaying the error messages almost every turn.
