I've looked in the editor, found a few problems:

Belgium should be part of Germany. They invaded it in 1914.

Leningrad should still be Petrograd. Wasn't renamed until the 20s.

Serbia fell to Austria-Hungary early in the war.

Give Nancy to the Germans. They took it in 1914.

Norway has been independant of Sweden since 1905. Perhaps make Norway a seperate civ?

Greece had railways too at 1917! The first was built in 1869

I didnt finish the game but i got this, some major cities should have defense. Also make gurellas stronger.

I just went through and fixed some of the first stuff I noticed, There is still quite a few mistakes, but you should be able to get what you need on your own Capricia

Yeah im Remaking a new scenario similar to that 4018 Scenario, it should be done within a couple of weeks...im not knocking of his senario either ill make it unique in my own way, thank you for all of your comments and support
