Even with powerful PC, game keeps crashing. Help. Dxdiag included.

Civ V seems to randomly crash on my PC that far exceeds the minimum requirements. I have all my drivers updated, yet the game has reached a point where it crashes exactly at the end of the turn cycle in year 1682 AD. Dxdiag attached.
Please help, will give luxury resource as reward.
