Do you have rovers to strike the attacking rovers? Just defending is usually not good in Smac.

Yes, my 'defense' is mostly 4-1-2 rovers. They're still a bit out of position, so I've rushed some plasma infantry to try and hold

• My impact rovers swarm from across the empire towards the Pirates invasion front
