Every Civ going concept

That was a networked game i was talking about and im sure the memory wouldnt of made any real difference i just bought the memory when i got the systemn hoping that they may produce stuff that requires it. Theres another 2 systems here the lowest spec one seem to get by fine 3/4 gig 133sdram some 64meg nvidia graphics card and i think its an Athlon 1333. It could i suppose be, being baild out by the other systemns. I realise its not feasible that list more of a wouldnt it be nice list.

What is this with Quebec  ? Its not an independant country. Please dont cry ill add it.

(Wonders if mastertyguy intends to dominate the world from Quebec)

(Himalia sends in spy and steals his plans)

(your spy got caught trying to enter Quebec capitol)

And if you watched "Dans une Galaxie près de chez vous" (nearly impossible), you would know that Canada (Quebec) will be the most important country of the world, and Quebec looks to be an important part of it.
btw, my avatar represents Bob Dieudonnée Marcellin, the pilot of the Romano Fafard spaceship, in this serie, and "In a galaxy near you" (location) is just a crappy translation of "Dans une Galaxie près de chez vous".

I run 512mB with 2.6GHZ Pentium4. Radeon 9200.

It runs slow as heck when you double the # of Civ's (to 32), even without Barbs. There is a noticeable pause (many seconds) with routine actions like was said (conquering a city, etc..). AI at the end of the turn can get long as well.

You probably play on smaller maps. I generally play standard, and it is OK, but I played last week a huge map, and in ancient times it was lagging a lot more than modern era on standard. It was so long I stopped playing that game (that and every body in middle industrial era and me eraly middle age at war with 3-4 swords. I have no problem playing in desperate games, but...)

Mostly huge maps. It can happen to a degree on those but certainly not on smaller ones. Im trying to figure out what actually causes it because in my opinion any pc with even 128 megs of ram and 750+ processor should cope just fine.
