Well, for a while now I've been using debug. Does anyone know any shortcuts apart from these: (I'll update every so often)

Press Shift+f1 when on the map to make any unit.

I think pressing some combination with H allows you to make any city improvement, I wasn't paying attention, it could be something else.

Thanks, all the other stuff only tells you how to make the units.
