Experience Levels for Regular vs. Charismatic

Howdy there. I've been trying to find a page that lists the unit experience levels for regular leaders vs. charismatic ones, like
1st Promotion for a Regular leader is at 2 points, then at 5 points, etc...
1st Promotion for a Charismatic leader is at 1 points, then 4 points, etc...

I've checked the online Civlopedia and the Military War Academy Guides, and can't find this info anywhere... any love?

Charismatic lowers the experience required to 75%, rounded up, of the normal value.

Note that the normal increases by +3, +5, +7, and so on, for calculating higher levels.

Basic rule is
you get the Nth promotion at N * N +1

so 1 * 1 + 1 =2
2 * 2 + 1 =5
3 * 3 + 1 =10
4 * 4 + 1 =17
5 * 5 + 1 =26
6 * 6 + 1 =37
7 * 7 + 1 =50
8 * 8 + 1 =65
9 * 9 + 1 =82
10 * 10 + 1 =101
11 * 11 + 1 =122
12 * 12 + 1 =145
13 * 13 + 1 =170
14 * 14 + 1 =197
15 * 15 + 1 =226

and remove 25% for charismatic

If it is 75% rounded up, shouldn't it be 38 instead of 40 for the last of these, since 75% of 50 is 37.5?
